Torta Fondente Leggera al Limone
A light and moist lemon cake, perfect for tea time or as a refreshing dessert.
Ingredients:
For the cake:
3 large eggs
150 g (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
100 g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
200 g (1 3/4 cups) all-purpose flour
8 g (2 tsp) baking powder
100 ml (1/2 cup) fresh lemon juice (from 2–3 lemons)
Zest of 2 lemons
A pinch of salt
